To help us on our Lenten journey Father Raymond would like to invite you to participate in the
Lenten events we will offering at Christ the King Parish
Ash Wednesday Mass will be at 12:05pm. Ashes will be distributed during the mass for those
who are attending. If you cannot attend, ashes can be picked up at the hall entrance doors,
between 1 pm and 2pm.
Every Friday of lent, starting Friday March 4th at 7:00 pm you are welcome to join us in praying
the Stations of the Cross. Please use the ramp door.
Every Wednesday of lent starting March 9th from 1pm to 4pm you are welcome to join us in
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. Please use the ramp door.
During lent there will be daily mass from Monday to Friday at 12:05pm. Please use the ramp
Lent is a time of going deep inside ourselves ….a time to discover the love and mercy of God.

Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (R.C.I.A.)
Are you curious about what the Catholic Church teaches today?
Are you a member of a faith tradition other than Roman Catholic? Have you never been baptised? Are you a teenager or an adult? Are you curious about the possibility of joining the Roman Catholic faith? If you answered yes to these questions, then the Rite of Christian Initiation programmay be just what you need.
This program will also meet the requirements for anyone who wants to participate in the Rites of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA). The RCIA is a process for those who
have never been baptised;
have been baptised in a faith tradition other than Roman Catholic;
were baptised Roman Catholic but never completed the other sacraments of initiation;
are interested in accompanying someone who is learning about the Roman Catholic faith.
